Island 3 Battle 23: Lord Velik HP: 1201 (one thousand two hundred and one hit points, that’s not a typo) Unleash: Ongoing: whenever a minion controlled by this hero is destroyed, opposing hero takes 3 damage, and this hero takes 100 damage. Overview: Your goal is to abuse Velik’s unleash: kill 12 of his minions and deal 1 damage, while making sure you survive. By this time, at best your own HP would be 45+, so killing 12 minions will entail taking 36 damage. Velik also has several Smites of God, so you really cannot afford to take any damage from his minions, UNLESS you have life-gain cards and/or a human monk. His minions are thankfully not overpowered, with power/toughness ranging 8-10/10-12; and his removal spells are not overboard. Recommended cards: High power 3-4 drops (orcs and insectaars are good enough) 8-12 of 5 damage spells (battle aura, vitality aura,...

All credits for this ETL guide go to Legion and he was taken from this page.   The Dragon in ETL has four phases. Fire phase 1: Warrior: Start with alerting shout, when dragon does the area of effect fire attack that hits for 1500, use Guardian Stance. If guardian Stance isn’t available feel free to run out of the attacks area of effect. The dragon doesn’t move. When guardian stance isn’t on use alerting shout. When Guardian stance is on use offensive shout. Use courage as necessary to keep yourself from dying. Buy some HP pots and have them on sidebar, if you’re too cheap or proud to pot people are going to start getting angry with you. Monk: Use rapid heal to keep the tank alive, during the AOE fire attack, if the tank has Guardian Stance on feel free to conserve some mana by letting the dragon...

All credits for this ETL guide go to OAC player and he was taken from http://oacplayer.com/2013/03/26/etl-guide/ ETL guide intro This ETL guide explains the standard method for completing ETL in my guild. Most of this information is tribal information from various guild members, mainly the player that I constantly refer to as Shadow in this blog. So thanks to him and everyone else, but don’t blame them if this information sucks because I probably missed some things from these intelligent individuals along the way. Starting Out Don’t autorun into the dungeon because you will die. That said, ETL is a confusing dungeon but if you are geared well and know how things work, you can get by. For a clean run, everyone should be 4/6 or above (if not, run RKL, KPL, or run with friends who are “pro”–man I hate that term). Everyone needs to bring expensive and small health...

  8. Tailoring Guide

(credit goes to Player Zzell for this terrific tailoring guide) Since I’m often asked, I’m going to outline where I farmed for the materials needed to get through the ranks of tailoring. Since armour scraps will always drop in excess, I’ll focus on the fabrics. To obtain ranks, you must buy them from the tailoring master in Greenmont, Legendary Garden, with business currency. I do not recommend buying handbooks since they don’t give extra currency when used. To get from primary rank to intermediate you need to craft 55 grenadine gloves, which translates to 440 grenadine or 22 stacks of 20. My favourite spot to farm grenadine is south of Messa Camp, in the spot indicated below. Here you can kill level 7 goblins, which drop grenadine frequently. Higher level players are recommended to kill Waterby Mobs in Waterby (South of Greemmont). 2,300 business currency is needed to get from intermediate...
