Mounts are creatures in Order and Chaos Online that players can ride, and they provide it with certain stats. For example, speed can be one of those stats and the mounts can boost your speed with 30 or even 40%.

Riding permit
Players need a something like a permit, before they can ride a mount. Near the Auction House and teleporter in Greenmont central square, there is a quest that takes users to the NPC selling the licenses. License costs 500 gold. Users don’t need to buy that one, it depends which mount they want to ride.

Permit 1: 10 gold
Permit 2: 100 gold
Permit 3: 500 gold

Race bound
Important information about some of the mounts, is that they are race bound! Some of the mounts are not race based, but that  ones for sale are. In start, after players obtaining the license, they can ride:

Mendel: Chinchilla
Elve: Deer
Undead: Wolf
Human: Horse
Orc: Lion

You can ride a mount meant for another race: Players can buy a permit for 99 runes, which still gives users no mount!  Only the ability to buy and ride a mount not meant for your class.

Catch-able mounts
Catch-able mounts were introduced in December. They ramble the world in certain zones, and they can be caught with gold-based bond-stones or rune-based rune traps.

There are 3 classes: normal, armored, and epic (permit 1, 2 and 3).

Some of the price for catching stuff:
Bewitched censer: 249 runes
Box of bond stones: 20G
Bond stones: 5G
Capture Trap: 29 runes
Intimate wand: 49 runes

 

Arena mount
610 gold for permit and 3000 arena points

Standard mount
race based: 10 gold for permit and 999 gold
other race: 1009 gold and + 99 runes

Soul mounts
race based: 110 gold for permit and 900 souls
other race: 110 gold for permit + 99 runes + 900 souls

Eristar rune bears
Ride-able one: 10 gold for permit and 99 runes
Transform: 10 gold for permit and 149 runes
