In addition to all the Update 7 news, Gameloft has also officially unveiled the name of its next Order & Chaos game, Heroes of Order & Chaos. They have released a teaser trailer which you can view below, but it doesn’t contain any details about the kind of game it is going to be. Based on the name and a few tidbits we have learned it is looking to be more of a League of Legends (MOBA) style game as apposed to an entirely new MMO, which leaves room for both to exist simultaneously. If anything, HooC (good acronym?) will act as a feeder to get new players into MMO’s. This is all pretty speculative, but we will keep you up to date as we hear anything.
Update: A user over on the Toucharcade Forums has screenshots of the achievements from the beta of the game and they clearly show the MOBA trappings with references to “double kill in one match”, “first blood”, and “destroy X towers in so many minutes”.
