This guide is for leveling as a divine monk. I know this is counter to the common wisdom, but it worked really well for me.
First, the philosophy. Most people love grouping with a divine monk, and you should always look to team up as you’re questing and grinding. If you get lucky and team up with a warrior or ranger you will be able to grind/level non stop. You level really fast this way, this is why this build worked so well for me.
In case you can’t team up for a session you need to be able to do decent damage per second (dps). With that in mind your first talent points should be spent like this.

Obviously the goal is to get Tiger Claw Strike. Use this when you are grinding solo. The rotation is Arrow of Faith, Tiger Claw Strike, Arrow of Faith, Tiger Claw Strike, repeat
Next, you want to spend your talent points reducing the mana of your spells and get Restore.

The rotation is the same, but apply Restore before pulling a mob if you’re life isn’t at full.
Now our goal for our talent points is to improve our efficiency and get Fire of Faith

The rotation is now Fire of Faith, Arrow of Faith, Tiger Claw Strike, AoF, TCS, repeat. As always, keep a restore up if your life isn’t full. We’ve spec’d to make it very efficient.
Now we’ll spend talent points to get Divine Breath. This will allow you to grind without needing to eat between fights very often.

At this point you are level 41, and what you spec into next depends on what you want to do PVP, quest, instance runs, etc. It’s up to you.
